Kunik (koo-nik) is a male polar bear with broad shoulders and scars on his muzzle.[1]
History
The Original Series
Great Bear Lake
- Kunik is a polar bear at Great Bear Lake.
- When Taqqiq and his friends steal Miki, he is against the idea of laying siege on the black bears. He asks what they will do with Miki, and another bear tells him to ask Siqiniq.
Trivia
- Kunik's name is what is known as a traditional Inuit greeting, called a "Kunik."[2]
