Template:InfoboxTartok (tar-tok) is a large[1] male polar bear.[2]

History

In the Return to the Wild arc

The Melting Sea

Sakari tells Tartok that Toklo will teach them to fight Salik, and he comes in when Toklo catches a seal, and congratulates him on his catch. Tartok is at first very doubtful of Toklo, and didn't agree to his fighting lessons. Tartok is one of their best fighters, and practiced fighting with Sakari. During the fight, he and an unnamed mother bear pin one of Salik's bears.
Tartok learns hunting quickly, and says goodbye when Toklo, Lusa, Kallik and Yakone move on.
